IITS is happy to report that emails sent from Moodle should again be reaching Bryn Mawr email accounts.
As far as we can tell, a small number of emails were getting quarantined in Bryn Mawr’s Spamcheck system since the start of the semester. However, sometime early morning on Friday, September 27 an important piece of hardware at Haverford that sent many of our outbound email messages failed. IITS replaced the hardware later that morning. However, some configuration settings were still pointing to the failed hardware component.
Both Haverford’s mail configurations and Bryn Mawr’s spam settings should now be fixed. If you have any problems, please let us know.
