As students register in courses via the BIONIC system, those enrolllments are automatically pushed into Moodle via an automated process. However, the process temporarily broke down on Wednesday, January 29 just before 2:00 pm. IITS noticed the issue the next day after several faculty and students reported that their enrollments were not correct in Moodle. The problem was fixed on Thursday, January 30 around 10:00 pm after we identify and restarted a failed prcess.
Enrollments in Moodle should now accurately reflect enrollments in BIONIC. Should you notice any discrepancies, please notify Haverford's ProDesk.
